Hogheart

Description

An Italian heirloom tomato brought to the U.S. around 1920. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants produce large, 12 oz., 2 1/2 to 3-inch long red tomatoes. Shape varies from a banana shape to a heart-shape. Excellent sweet flavors with moderately juicy flesh. Few seeds. A top paste tomato for sauces.

These tomato starts will be in 4” pots and will be available for local pickup in mid to late May.
